I'm Adam Cotton and my business is Project August. I am a business owner, coach and advisor to founders and owner managed businesses.

Project August is something I have always worked towards and been able to accomplish.

Project August means to have a summer, working from wherever and spending quality time with my family and friends.

Irrespective of my label, what I do is help ambitious business owners unlock their full potential, remove blockers and help businesses scale and become ready to exit.

Most business owners have two goals. To scale and to exit (one day).

The truth is that only 1 in 5 SMEs are sellable.

My work begins with the now. By using a 12- point framework, I will uncover the truth in your business – your strengths, your weaknesses, the hidden challenges and the big opportunities.

From there, together, we focus on what will make the difference whether the goal is scale or exit.
